The weekend Kathi and her horses jumped at the CSI3* event in Drachten, were Umeunig and Sky Fly SB were back in the game after a month of holiday.
Both horses jumped great, but were unlucky to have a rail in their main classes. Umeunig jumped outstanding in the Grand Prix! Even though the four faults were disappointing, Umeunig has over his last shows proved that he has what it takes to jump the biggest Grand Prix tracks.
High Voltage SB did some very good rounds to finish 3rd and 5th in Friday’s 1.45 and Sunday’s 1.40. Con Air Z finished off well, and placed 8th in the young horse final (1.40) after a double clear round and a 36-horse jump-off.
Umeunig, Sky Fly and High Voltage continue on to Amsterdam while Con Air Z did her last indoor show before she heads for the Sunshine Tour in February.
